Our 14-Step Process: The Key to Outstanding Results
Pressure Washing : We start by thoroughly pressure washing your home from top to bottom, eliminating dirt, debris, and cobwebs.
Scrape and Sand Loose Paint: We meticulously scrape, sand, and remove any peeling paint to ensure a smooth surface.
Re-secure Loose Nails: We take care to properly reset any loose nails in the siding, trim, and eaves, unless otherwise instructed.
Prime Exposed Areas: We apply the appropriate primers to all bare areas, including metal gutters and downspouts (using galvanized and rust-resistant primers), as well as stucco and wood surfaces.
Seal Windows and Door Frames: We carefully caulk around windows and door frames to improve the appearance and help with insulation. Please note, this does not apply to windows on stucco homes. Due to weather changes, caulking may expand or contract.
Stucco Crack Repair: We repair any cracks in the stucco as needed to maintain the integrity of the surface.
Remove and Reinstall Fixtures: We carefully remove light fixtures, house numbers, racks, and similar items before painting and reinstall them once the job is completed.
Patch Cracks in Boards: We address cracks in fascia, siding, trim boards, and other areas to provide adequate protection.
Gutter Repair: We’ll seal and patch any leaky gutters, although this is a cosmetic fix and not guaranteed.
Protect Windows and Gardens: We make sure all windows and garden areas are properly covered and protected before we begin painting.
Prevent Drips, Sags, and Runs: Our team applies paint with precision, ensuring the right thickness to avoid any drips, sags, or runs.

Thorough Clean-Up: After the job is complete, we make sure all walkways, sidewalks, and any unpainted areas are cleaned to your satisfaction.
